Range of products :
We produce a wide range of cold rolled strips, tubes and profile tubes with diverse shape of cross-section and wall thickness, full technical description of which you can find below. Tubes and profile tubes are produced from cold rolled and pickled hot rolled strips of various (low carbon, carbon and low alloy) steel grades, as well as from the galvanized strips.
Application sphere:
Cold rolled strips are used for subsequent re-rolling, for the production of tubes and profile tubes, in stamping industry and others. Tubes and profile tubes produced from cold and hot rolled strips are meant for use with objects, where flexibility, weld ability, high strength, good surface quality, intended for subsequent coating, are required, i.e. in automotive industry, building and construction, in house wares production, sports and agriculture equipment and furniture manufacturing.
Delivery conditions:
Delivery from the TECHNOSTEEL steel mills is effected on DDU, EXW, CFR basis. Upon agreement with the customer other delivery conditions can be offered. The material is delivered by trucks, railway wagons, in containers and by sea transport.
Quality control:
At our steel mills has been implemented the quality management system, which is fully responsible for the whole process of production of cold rolled strips and tubes. Our steel mills are ISO 9001/EN ISO 9001:2000 certified. Each produced and delivered item is accompanied by the certificate of quality in the form 3.1B per EN 10204 with the indication of order number, sizes, steel grade, chemical analysis, mechanical properties, quantity, etc.
Cold Rolled Strips Steel grades, from which cold rolled strips are produced, their chemical and mechanical properties are given in the Table 1.
Sizes: Thickness: from 0,2 mm up to 2,5 mm Width: from 15 mm up to 495 mm Upon customer’s request in smaller quantities in width 515 mm are available.
Outer diameter: 1500 mm max. Upon customer’s request coils with smaller outer diameter can be produced.
Inner diameter: 500/508 mm
Coil weight: from 4,5 up to 12 kg/ 1 mm of width
Thickness and width tolerance: according to EN 10140. Upon agreement with the customer, rolling in plus or minus tolerance field is possible with the preservation of the tolerance field, as well as high precision rolling (3/4 of the tolerance field).
Packing: In waterproof paper, if delivered by truck, in covered railway carriages with horizontal axis without euro-pallets or with vertical axis on euro-pallets. Additional packing – metal box – is used, if delivered by sea transport.
Tubes and Profile Tubes: Cold sized precision tubes and profile tubes are produced from cold rolled and hot rolled pickled strips acc. to EN 10305.
Steel Grades: in the Table 1 are given steel grades in accordance with which tubes and profiles are produced.
Product range: we produce tubes in diameter Ø 12 – 92 mm and profile tubes, corresponding to this range.
Weight: of tubes and profile tubes is given in the Table 2. Our company can produce tubes and profile with any wall thickness within the range: from 0,6 up to 4,0 mm.
Length: 3000 – 12 000 ìì ( per loading scheme 6000 ìì is preferable). Length tolerance: -0/+3 ìì. The SIMEC cutting machine allows to produce tubes and profile tubes in lengths less than 3000 mm upon customer’s request.
Packing: in bundles of metric length, round tube - in bundles of hexagonal or round shape, profile – of rectangle shape. |
