The official start of the Guzzetti tube mill 12 – 52 mm at Technosteel HVT, Niksic,

Serbia & Montenegro. The mill is capable to produce a wide range of electrically welded precision tubes and profile tubes in diameter 12  – 52 mm with wall thickness 0,7 – 2,5 mm.

This is the third tube mill at Technosteel HVT  which will enable the plant to produce up to 3500 mt of tubes per month to satisfy the demands of our clients in required delivery terms with better quality.

Recently at Technosteel HVT, Niksic, Montenegro, a new Mejer tube packing line has been commissioned. The line is installed into Guzzetti 12-52 mm tube mill and enables to pack tubes in bundles of a certain weight according to customer’s needs.

Technosteel Group of companies is planning a serious revamping program in the year 2007. In February 2007 a new tube mill Guzzetti 12 – 52 mm is scheduled to be commissioned at Technosteel HVT, Niksic Montenegro. With view to diversify production range Technosteel is planning to install at Technosteel LBR, Iasi, Romania a new inox tube mill and a new Guzzetti 60 – 193,7 mm tube mill that will enable to produce inox tubes,  black and pickled tubes of bigger dimensions. By the end of the year 2007 Technosteel   Group of companies is planning to increase tube production up to 7 000 - 8 000 mt per month.

The official start of the Guzzetti tube mill 12–52 mm at Technosteel LBR, Iasi, Romania, took place. The mill is capable of producing a wide range of electrically welded precision tubes and profile tubes in diameter 12–52 mm with wall thickness 0,7 – 2,5 mm.

This is the second tube mill at Technosteel LBR. This tube mill will enable the plant to produce up to 1500 mt of tubular products per month.

Technosteel is going to participate in Euroblech 2006 that is going to take place in Hannover, Germany, 24 – 28 October, 2006. Technosteel will have its exhibition stand G-72 in Hall 11.

The official launching of the tube mill 16 – 76 mm at Technosteel HVT, Niksic,

Montenegro. The mill is capable of producing a wide range of electrically welded precision tubes and profile tubes in diameter 16 – 76 mm with wall thickness 0,6 – 2,5 mm.

In august, 2006, at both mills of Technosteel – in Niksic, Montenegro, and in Iasi, Romania, the new SIMEC tube cutting lines were installed. From august, 2006, Technosteel started regular sales and deliveries of cut tubes to its customers.

Technosteel was one of the exhibitors at Metalforum International Fair, Poznan, Poland, in June 2006. The steel products produced by Technosteel are of high demand on the constantly growing polish market. A number of contracts for the delivery of tubular products were signed.

24-28 April 2006

International Tube and Pipe Trade Fair, Duesseldorf, Germany

Technosteel took part in International Tube & Wire Dusseldorf  Fair, 2006, that took place on 24 – 28^th April, 2006. The whole range of tubes and steel strips produced by Technosteel were exhibited. The stand attracted many existing customers as well as the potential ones. Technosteel

has plans also to participate in Metalforum 2006, Poznan and Hannover 2006 Trade Fair, Germany

In January 2006 Technosteel has concluded a contract with Guzetti company for supply During 2006 two tube rolling lines:

 - G-14/76 for the mill Technosteel HVT ad (Niksic, Montenegero)

 - G-12/52 for the mill Technosteel LBR srl (Iasi, Romania)

It is planned to start new lines august 2006.

Moreover the company has signed the contract for supply of cold rolled slitting line for Technosteel LBR srl (Iasi, Romania). The line  is planned to start in November 2006.

The official start of the tube mill 17 – 90 mm at Technosteel LBR, Iasi, Romania,

took place. The mill is capable of producing a wide range of electrically welded precision tubes and profiles in diameter 17 – 90 mm with wall thickness 0,7 – 4 mm.

01.12.2005

In November 2005 at the mill Technosteel LBR (Iassi, Romania) was started installation of the tube rolling mill G 17-90. It’s planned that the new tube rolling mill will produce tubes and profiles with diameters from 17 mm up to 90mm with wall thicknesses up to 5 mm.

In term of 12-16 of October 2005 “Technosteel Group” presented it’s products (tubes and profiles) at the International furniture Fair AMBIENTA which took place in Zagreb (Croatia).

Technosteel Group of companies presented its products (Cold Rolled Strips, Tubes &   Profiles) at international exhibitions:

· 81^st International Zagreb Fair in Zagreb, Croatia

· International Technical Exhibition in Plovdiv, Bulgaria

Technosteel HVT, Niksic, Montenegro started regular deliveries of tubes and profiles   to Italy, Hungary, Slovakia,  Poland.

The monthly  production of tubes and hollow sections at Technosteel HVT AD,  Niksic, Montenegro, reached 1060 mt.

At the plant Technosteel LBR, Iassi, Romania, a new slitting line  (LDM, Italy) was commissioned.

At the plant Technosteel HVT AD, Niksic, Montenegro, a new tube rolling mill (Guzzetti,  12 – 50 mm) was launched.
